Registration & Payment Deadline Registration must be submitted by March 19, 2019. 
Payment is due within 3 business days of submitting registration, or by March 21, whichever comes first.  Payment and Registration must be received to complete registration and reserve your seat.

Payment Instructions: Payment can be made by the following modes:

Refund Policy: Full fee refund will be made in case of cancellation on or before 19 March 2019 by writing an email at [email protected]. Refund cheque shall be collected from School Reception at Alliance World School, C-54A, Sector-56, Noida after 31 March between 11:00 Hours and 15:00 Hours on working days. No fee will be refunded for no-shows or cancellations of registration after 19 March 2019.

  1. Complete the AP Exam Registration Form if you are eligible: You must be born after May 31, 1998, i.e., be under 21 years of age to take any AP Exams in May 2019.
  2. Submit the form, then check that you receive a Registration Acknowledgment at the provided email address.
  3. Pay the test center by the payment deadline to complete your registration. Provide a printed copy of your Registration Acknowledgment email along with payment.
  4. Once test center receives payment, you will receive an Admission Ticket on or before April 22, 2019.
  5. Bring an original VALID PASSPORT or AADHAR CARD to the test center on test day(s), along with your Admission Ticket. You will NOT be allowed to test without a valid ID. Photocopies of the ID will not be accepted. Please plan any visa applications or ID renewals in advance, to ensure you have valid ID in hand on test day.

  • You can take up to all 4 Physics exams in the same year

Plan to pay the test center within 3 business days or by March 21, whichever comes first, to complete your registration and reserve your seat. 
In case the payment has been made after the submission of Registration Form, then it is compulsory to email the below mentioned information at [email protected] to avoid the rejection of AP Exam Registration Form:
  1. Registration Form Reference ID mentioned on the first page of the form (NOIDA-XXXX).
  2. Name of the Student.
  3. Number of exams registered
  4. Total Amount Paid (INR).
  5. Mode of Payment (DD/NEFT Bank Transfer) and date of payment.
  6. DD No. with Bank Name (if paid by DD).
  7. UTR Code or payment Reference no. (if paid through NEFT/Bank Transfer).
